Hair extension consultations are $50 which will be credited to your hair service. Add volume and length to your hair without causing any damage to your hair or scalp with our hair extensions. The Hair & Nail Gallery will take an individualized approach based on your lifestyle and hair type. We'll show you the different types of products that we have to offer, and confirm what type of hair extension is right for you. Since there are so many different types of hair, not everyone can use the same type of extension. We also do individual braiding. We use the finest quality hair extensions that are available on the market.

Hair extensions come in many different types and the staff at Hair and Nail Gallery know them all. There are differences in the way hair extensions are prepared, in the technique used to attach it to your own hair, and in what kind of hair is used.

Hair extensions will not last forever, sometimes because the attachment breaks but mostly because the growth of your own hair. Depending on how fast your hair grows and how well you take care of your hair extensions they may have to be removed or tightened when they get too loose. Some systems last longer than others, but in general we can say anywhere between 2 and 6 months. With some hair extensions it is possible to reuse the hair, which can save you some money, this also depends on the hair quality and how well you take care of them.

STRAND BY STRAND BOND BASED ATTACHMENTS

• D’Vine Lengths hair extensions attach to the contour of your head with a flexible bond making them comfortable while sleeping.
• So.Cap. USA hair extensions are 100% unprocessed human hair. 81 colors are available in curly, wavy, and straight textures.
• Donna Bella hair extensions are certified Remy human hair, applied with the Kera-Link system, which when attached is difficult to see.
• Great Lengths hair extensions are attached to your own hair with a molecular structure very similar to human hair forming a strong bond.
• Invisible hair extensions remain attached for 5 to 8 weeks and are adhered directly to your skin.
• Cinderella hair extensions are attached to your own hair by using a low-temperature, strong, and flexible protein-molded bond.
• Ultratress hair extensions use a polymer bond, and can be attached where most extensions can't adhere.
• Mega hair extensions use a keratin based, hi-tech adhesive that is not recommended for thinner hair types.
• UltraStrands hair extensions are similar to the Cinderella and Great Lengths varieties but use a slightly different bonding agent.

STRAND BY STRAND NON-BOND BASED ATTACHMENTS

• Donna Bella hair extensions use the I-Link system. The most popular link used is the non-slip link.
• Micro-cylinder hair extensions use a gentle attachment method without glue, heat or chemicals, and are attached using a special technique.
• Microchet hair extensions also use a gentle technique that does not put stress on your own hair, and can be applied to very thin hair.
• Invisible strand extensions are attached to your own hair using dental floss.
• Pro hair extensions uses a synthetic hair extension braided into the hair close to the root system.
• FLhair Xtensions Strand by Strand uses a micro-cylinder shell coat with a silicone compound that protects your hair from stress.
• HairXtend hair extensions are manually applied using a soft silicone pad that causes no stress to your hair.

WEFT HAIR EXTENSIONS

Weft hair extensions are a curtain of hair attached at the top of your head and flows freely. They can be created by hand or mechanically, and will be custom-designed to match your color and suit your head. They are applied using a one-row tract versus strand-by-strand application.

• Flattracks only take an hour to sew by hand, and are half the price of individual extensions.
• Simplicity Hair Extensions can be applied in less than 30 minutes and are available in 38 colors. Add them for length, volume, or highlights.
• Keraloc hair extensions involve using a human hair weft and a heat-activated seal, which distributes the weight evenly.
• Glam Hair Extensions use the finest quality of hair, with a flawless look for 2 to 4 months using medical grade tape.

CLIPS-IN HAIR EXTENSIONS AND MORE

• Donna Bella Milan clip-in hair extensions come in both natural and fantasy colors. They are easier to apply and remove.
• Clip in ponytails, buns and braids are also available.
• Braided hair extensions are sewn into a braid of your own hair. The number of tracks used is completely up to you.
• Weaved hair extensions use the method of weaving your own hair around a number of threads, which create a track to sew the weft onto.
